ARCHITECTURE - CONSTRUCTION

BEND RIVER HEIGHTS
This is a short promotional video created for a realtor on a development overlooking the Deschutes River in Bend, Oregon, The agency used it as a DVD playback marketing tool in the models and included it on their web site.


THE HUFF RESIDENCE
This is an excerpt from Part 1 of a 3 part documentary that is currently in production. Part 1 begins with excavation to ICF construction, framing, stucco and roofing. The completed video will feature many of the contractors, products and vendors that contributed to this unique residence.

3D FLY-AROUNDS

St Charles Medical Center Foundation in Bend, Oregon, launched a multi-million dollar fundraising campaign to build and expand facilities at their locations in Bend and Redmond. The Foundation commissioned LMA to produce a developmental video to facilitate their fundraising effort. Within the video are 3D Fly-Arounds of the proposed new facilities. Through this campaign, fundraising was successful and both facilities were built.

SOCIAL SERVICES

NEIGHBOR IMPACT (Excerpt)
is a social service organization in Central Oregon. LMA produced a short video to facilitate their fundraising efforts. When this video was included in their annual fundraising event, they increased their fundraising goals for three consecutive years.

EDUCATION

CENTRAL OREGON COMMUNITY COLLEGE 
contracted Leonardi Media Arts to create a series of marketing videos for new programs added to their curriculums. These videos were formatted for both mini CDs (for mass mailings) and to be included on their web site.

ARTIST IN RESIDENCE 

ARTS OF PASSAGE is a grant funded program that brought the arts into the county's Juvenile Justice Detention Facility. Artists taught workshops in the visual and performing arts as well as writing and poetry. LMA produced a short documentary over-viewing the program so other Juvenile Detention programs that were considering implementing similar programs.
